Many of them are old generals left-over from the Saiyan-Tsuful war, and others were born into the upper-class. Most here think little of the low-class, or dare not speak out 'lest they lose their homes within Caulif. |

Saru District Home to the majority of saiyans on Vegeta. They live in a kind of slum, kept away from Caulif by an elite border-guard who patrol a steel wall. Many of the low-class within Saru would otherwise be prone to rebellion. |
