Power tiers, Customization Points

Power Tiers : Power Tiers are used to dictate the base stats of each class and the amount of customization points players are allowed to distribute between their character's stats. Power Tiers are split up into levels of power advancement where the lower power is generally in the area of 80% of the higher power. What does this mean? All characters within a certain level of power are statistically even. Fair fights will occur 100% of the time if two characters have the same amount of proficiency.

Customization Points : Customization Points are, in essence, the level of training each character possesses. Some characters will have a large amount of resilience at their disposal, and last longer in battle(Health). Other characters will be abnormally strong in comparison to others, and their melee attacks will hit harder as a result(Strength). Some characters will have a large amount of ki at their disposal, and will have the capability of doing more damage with their energy attacks(Ki). Other character's will see their energy attacks do more damage as a direct result of their knowledge of their techniques(Intelligence). Through training their reflexes, combat instincts, and speed, some characters will hit more frequently and dodge more attacks(Dexterity).
